Shipping Policy

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to process all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to find out if you prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-stock item or if you prefer that we issue a refund.


2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with purchase.

This price will be the final shipping price for the customer.


3. Returns

3.1 Return due to change of mind

Numeroo.10 will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a return request reaches us within 0 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid for at the customer's expense and will need to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will inform you once this operation is completed by e-mail.

(Numero.10) will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT refund the value of the shipping charges paid.


3.2 Returns under warranty

Numeroo.10 will gladly honor any valid warranty claim, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.

Customers will need to prepay return postage, but we will refund you upon a successful warranty claim.

Upon receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Numeroo.10 to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the guarantee request has been confirmed, you will have the choice between:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a store credit refund

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)


4. Terms of delivery

4.1 National Transit Time

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days


4.2 International transit times

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4-22 days. This varies greatly depending on the carrier you have selected. We are able to offer a more accurate estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.


4.3 Shipping Time

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order payment

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except on holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.


4.4 Change of delivery address

For delivery address change requests, we are able to modify the address at any time before the order is dispatched.


4.5 Shipping by post office box

Numeroo.10 will ship to PO Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.


4.6 Shipping by military address

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and ship the rest of the order.


4.8 Delivery time exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can investigate


5. Tracking Notifications

Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the carrier.


6. Packages Damaged in Transit

If you notice that a package is damaged during transport, please, if possible, reject the package from the carrier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with next steps.


7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website


7.2 Import duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be prepaid, with no additional charges to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country


8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.


9. Insurance

Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the carrier.


9.1 Process for package damaged in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation of the complaint.


9.2 Process for packages lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the carrier has investigated and deemed the package lost.
